vapodog, The answer is yes to all questions. Todd Kindler at " The Woodchuck Den Inc. " in Ohio has all the above. His magazine "Small Caliber News" has lots of stuff on this and other similar calibers. Todd created this round and has published a book called "Terrific Twentys" good place to start on data. They've got Redding and Wilson dies as well as brushs, bullets, cleaning rods etc. Pac-Nor makes great .20 cal 3 groove barrels they will chamber it as well(great prices and quality of work). Neat caliber, ultra fast easy on powder and there'fore barrels, I love mine.

Bird Colonel, when I spoke with Pac-Nor I was told that they started with the three groove making barrels requested by the US Army Marksmanship Unit cut to their specs. The guys at Pac-Nor started using them and discovered those Army shooters knew what they were talking about. To be honest the claims for the three groove wasn't that the three groove made it more accurate, only clean easier and last longer before wear due to thicker lands and grooves. Pac-Nor makes very accurate barrels, but I'm sure a lot of others do as well. I do know that a lot of custom .20's are made with Pac-Nor barrels and they shoot! I also appreciated the fact they were less money, less money is a good thing. I use google to find "Pac-Nor Barreling", great folks, check em out. This is not my last three groove.

WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE DIFFICULTY IN FINDING 222 BRASS IS COMPARED TO 223. I LIVE MAYBE 30 MILES FROM FORT HOOD ARMY BASE WHICH HAS TONS AND TONS OF 223 BRASS COMING OUT OF IT AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEM FINDING 222 BRASS IN THE LOCAL AREA. TO MAKE MY POINT FURTHER MORE I WILL SHOOT ONLY WINY BRASS IN MY 222 AND BETWEEN THE SAXET GUN SHOWS AND LOCAL GUN SHOPS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SHORTAGE OF 222 BRASS IN JUST THE WINY BRAND, NOT TO MENTION THE REM, PETERS, AND NORMA BRASS. I KNOW THIS IS GETTING OFF THE TOPIC SOME, BUT I JUST GET TIRED OF READING ABOUT HOW HARD IT IS TO GET 222 BRASS FROM PEOPLE WHO EVIDENTLY OWN A 223 AND NOT A 222. I WENT THROUGH THIS SAME ARGUMENT WHEN TRYING TO DECIDE WHETHER TO BY A 222, 223 OR 17 REM. AFTER TALKING TO SOME OF THE LOCALS, AND MUCH TO MY SUPRISE THE 222 BRASS IS VERY EASY TO COME BY.
BY THE WAY, ANYBODY EVER HEARD OF MIDWAY. THE DUECE BRASS IS JUST AS ABUNDANT AS 223 BRASSS AND AT BASICLY THE SAME PRICE. DONT MEAN TO COME ACROSS AS IRITABLE ABOUT THE SUBJECT, BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
