Looking to purchase a Savage bolt action 22 mag with the Accua Trigger, model 93GL.
Can anyone offer any feedback on it?

I have a 93G with the heavy barrel in .22 LR. It is a great rifle. The trigger is substantially better than most off the shelf rifles. It shoot 10-15 rounds into 1/2" at 50 yrds.

The bolt was pretty stiff when it was new, but after 500 rounds or so it smoothed up considerably. I dont care for the design of the magazine, especially the 10 rounds mag. The ten round clip extends well below the bottom of the rifle.

Could have eliminated the magazine sticking down from the stock with a rotary-type ala Ruger 77-22!!

in a rimfire, the Savages are very good. I am partial to Marlins though if looking for an inexpensive gun that will work forever. I must say though, if you want one that looks a little nicer and has a feel more like you centerfire rifles I would take a look at the CZ's out there.

Savage is the only company I know of that is offering a left handed 22 mag bolt action with a superb trigger for under $200 bucks. I would gladly pay more if I would receive a more accurate rifle. But the Accura Trigger is top rate.

My partner and I bought lefty (mine) and right bolt Savage 93 HBs. They shoot great. These were pre-accutrigger guns, but there is a lot of info on the rimfire forum on tuning them. Both have triggers at just under 2-1/2 lbs. We took them on a PD trip and made kills out to a laser measured 200yds...will admit some of that was luck. For the price, nothing can beat them in our opinions.

Rifle came in. The trigger is so crisp and light I can not believe it comes stock on a $180 rifle.
Do any of you know of a source for extra mags? I would also like to find something that holds 10 rounds.

I don't know about 10 rd mags, but sportsman's warehouse carries spare mags, and Wally World shows them on their website, but I've never seen one in their stores.
