http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas...sp?hierarchyId=10473 Ugly sidemount, but what do you all think of the rifle and the price? Can anyone ID the mount? Thanks, Bill

It has sold & I do not know what price it went for or was asked. The rifle looks very nice & it has twin set triggers too! Here are my 2 rifle of identical action. This is a Greek conversion 1930s carbine 6.5X54MS with a 18" barrel & CNC machined Redfield bases. I did the stock work with hand rubber oil finish. This is an original sporter pre 1924 with trapdoor but plate + cleaning rod. I also have a 9.5X57MS which needs a new stock. Holts Auctions seem to come up with MS rifles of this era on a regular basis for real good prices. "When the wind stops....start rowing. When the wind starts, get the sail up quick."
