Anyone on this forum using any of the .20 calibers? I've posted here before about the Tactical 20 but got very little response. Perhaps that has changed because Todd Thanks!

We have the Tactical 20 form dies in stock. Our next order of Tactical 20 loading dies are due in a couple weeks. We work very hard to keep as many 17 and 20 caliber dies in stock at all times however the Tactical 20 is really in demand. If anyone has any questions on dies or availabilty please contact our office (330) 897-0614. Remember most of the dies we stock are "custom dies" and we are at the mercy of the manufacturers and they do their best to deliver on a timely basis . Hope this helps.

Todd, please, I meant no offense when stating you were having trouble with the demand. All I meant was that the demand is greater than the supply. HONEST! C'mon, guys, SURELY some of Todd's Tactical

I was browsing the twenty caliber page recently, and came across a version of the .20 that I was unaware of. It is called the .20 Jordan, and it looks like an improved .223 case necked to the .20. Is anyone familiar with this round? Can someone give me some ballistics for this round? From the looks of the photograph I saw, it is a little hotter than the "Tactical Twenty" BTW, I am building a "TT" at this time.

Ridgerunner, The .20 Jordan is indeed an improved .223 case. The design does not feed from the mag in a Remington 700 due to an almost total lack of taper, but would likely be great in a single shot. I now have a Tactical .20 built on that same 700, and love it. Its my favorite P-dog shooter. Hey Dan, how is yours working out? Thanks Mike, especially the info about the Jordan needing to be a single shot. I am building my rifle from the 700 action. It will have a Shilen barrel and a Rimrock stock. Now comes the hard part: Waiting the agonizing 4 months or so until I can get my pea pickers around it......LOL "Ridge"

Dan, Shooting cattle panel, eh? Never new a full grown rhea could hide behind a fence! I ran a chart using Sierra's program. With a BC of .185 and MV of 4300, it compares favorably to a .22-250. Mike
