Every thing I know about this combo gun is second hand.
I have heard complaints that the 30-30 barrel is not that accurate outside 50 yards and the gun is heavy compared to a single barrel 12 ga.
Supposedly they were used in the bush years ago because they do provide versatility for the one gun man on a budget. I have heard some bush pilots used to carry them as a survival gun.Mabe some of the Alaskans or Canadians will respond. Unless you are on a tight budget I've never heard anyone recommend them.
Combo rifles have been popular in Europe for many years, but their combo guns tend to be much higher quality than this one,with more time spent on regulating the barrels.
Just trying to keep you from getting skunked on this post, mabe someone with more experience will post.
