Here are some sight-in, load test, and game targets I made on my computer. We've had a lot of fun with both of the game targets and I have found the sight-in and load test targets to be more helpful than any I've been able to find (that were free). The sight-in/load test targets are on a half inch and quarter inch grids, so, when you print them you'll have to resize them so the grid is the correct size. I believe the margins on the publishing program I used were set at .5" x .5" x .5" x .5". Note: you will need to be sighted in to at least hit an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper at what ever distance your shooting. Clicking on the links below should open each target respectively. I hope someone finds them useful and/or fun. http://i255.photobucket.com/al...at/1286100983846.png http://i255.photobucket.com/al...at/1286101161676.png http://i255.photobucket.com/al...at/1286101218289.png http://i255.photobucket.com/al...ctFourGameRedPNG.png http://i255.photobucket.com/al...etargetgifformat.gif Maybe a helpful note: If it is windy, I have found that sighting in a rifle at 50 yards will take the wind out of play and still give a pretty good indication of how the gun is shooting. I have found that at 50 yds, shots 1" high will translate into approx 2" to 2.5" high at 100 yds (for most small to medium high velocity rounds). Just remember that at 50 yds everything is approx half of what it would be at 100 yds. For example, if you are getting 1" groups at 50 yds, you'll get around 2" groups at 100 yds. So, what you are looking for at 50 yds is 1/2" groups. Good luck and good shooting. Red C. Everything I say is fully substantiated by my own opinion. | ||
