1. Thinking of changing a trigger on .243 ADL and have been looking at the Rifle Basix. Anybody got any comments on this trigger, or any other trigger?

2. Has anybody ever used the LimbSaver Barrel De-Resonator, and if so, how do you like it?

I've never used a rifle basics trigger. I don't know how the limb saver works but it sure uglies up a gun.

Political correctness offends me.

I got one to try on a very accurate .243 to see if I could get it to do better. I got bored playing with it and took it off. What you have to do is start the thing a 1/2" from the muzzle and move it in 1/2" increments progressively closer to the receiver until you get it in the right spot for your barrel and load. In the first few positions, my rifle actually grouped worse, and like I said I got bored with it (and the time and ammo expense) before I got an improvement over without it.

I asked the gunsmith at the local shop where I trade about them, and he likened them to the Browning BOSS - great potential if you would spend the time working with them but not worth it without the investment of time.
