I just traded my S&W 357 for a remington 40x in 222rem mag. The rifle is in excellant condition. It is a single shot, has wood stock and blue heavy barrel. Now, I paid $500 for the 357 and I'am wondering if it was a smart trade or not. I can't find any pricing on the gun. thanks

I don't know about pricing either, but, as far as I'm concerned you got the best end of that deal by far!!!

I would trade 2 .357's for a 40-X. I hope it shoots like it should. I have had 3 40X's and they have rewarded me in competition.

I wish I could come across something like that.
