Henry, I have said rifle and have concentrated on loads using Hornady's 75 grain V-Max, the two 87 grain Speer bullets, the SP and the TNT, and Sierra's 90 grain HPBT. Accuracy with these bullets is outstanding, all shooting three shot 1/2" groups at 100 yards. Good luck with your's. I know it will shoot for you. Don

You will never be sorry that you built a 250AI. Mine is a dedicated varmint rifle built on a Ruger #3 action. My load of choice is a 75gr Hornady V-Max over a good dose of RL15. If I'm having a good day the rifle is capable of one-half MOA at 200yds. Once again, you will never be sorry that you built a 250AI. GOOD LUCK and GOOD SHOOTING!!! IF YOU'RE GONNA GET OLD,YOU BETTER BE TOUGH!! GETTIN' OLD AIN'T FOR SISSIES!!

I had bohica set a barrel back and chamber a Mex Mauser for me in 250 AI and the groups from it are absolutely unbelievable. Most shots will touch at 100yds from the bench. I use good old Remy 100 gr Core Lokt. Steve E....... NRA Patron Life Member GOA Life Member North American Hunting Club Life Member USAF Veteran

Exactly. IIRC, it's 41.5 grains of RL-15 with said 75 grain V-Maxes. Awesome accuracy. Don
