I have a question about case life for the 6.5 X .284. Mine has a custom chamber cut for Lapua brass and a .2895 neck. I am curious, given reasonable loads, how many firings I can expect for the brass ?

Thanks, Lonnie

With Lapua brass, at least ten cycles.

Case life is dependent on a couple of factors. #1 is how hot you load the case. #2 how much your dies work the brass.
With normal working pressure loads, a good chamber/die relationship, brass life should be an easy 10 with up to 20 uses. You might need to anneal the necks and more than likely trim a couple of times.
