Anyone tried this in a carbine bolt rifle or xp-100? (I've done the former with a 7mm BR with EXCELLENT results.) I'm thinking the 100 BT would be the cat's meow for deer-like critters out to 200 yds. Thoughts?

There was talk of a .25 BR and I threw out the 6.5 BR in the forum on the mini-mauser actions. I think the 6.5 grendel would probably be an easier route with readily available brass and affordable dies from midway.

I personally would lean on the 120 gr bullets, but I can see where a 100gr. partition has merit .
