Starting with 90 grain bullets you could use something like h322 starting around 20 grains and after fire forming your brass to your chamber which will probably take 2 to 3 firings for the brass to match your chamber at that time you could send three cases to Harrell's and have a die made to fit your chamber so you won't over work your brass and be able to use it a long time. The other powder that would work is AA2460 at about 24 grains starting. After the second firing you could start increasing your amount of powder. Federal match primers work great 205M, the "M" stands for Match not Magnum. With that small of case I would not use a magnum primer. Seat the bullet into the lands. this does two things, it pushes the case back against the bolt face so your fire forming is done correctly and centers the bullet in the center of your barrel for better accuracy. Hope this helps, didn't mean to write a book.

That rifle ought to be very accurate! Sierra has a section on loading for the 6mm BR in their manual. 60 grain hp @ 3300 70 grain hp @ 3200 - 3250 80 grain sp @ 3050 I know a long-range NRA prone shooter who uses the 6mm BR for 600 yard matches and does very well. Bullet favored is the 107 Sierra, which does well with the 1:8 twist. Good luck with your project, it sounds like a winner! Guy
