I was in a pawn shop today and they had a Interarms Mark X in 243. It's got an old scope on it that's marked Mauser I believe. It's priced at $450. Is this a good deal?

I'd offer $300.00 for it... $350 tops if it has nice wood etc...

I just bought a new CZ 550 .243 for 500. So I would pass. I bought a beat up MK10 30,06 years ago with the same scope. The scope is junk but you could put it on a .22. I think they were sold as a package deal years ago. The MK 10 is a fine action, But if that one shoots as well as my CZ I would be a little suprised. For 50.00 more bucks go to sporstsmans Warehouse and get yourself a CZ new in the box. If hell go 305 I might buy the MK-10, the 150.00 saved will get you close to a better scope...tj3006 freedom1st

While that price is more or less the going price at retail sights you can beat it usually if you are willing to wait online. I just picked up 98% MKX cavalier (nice rosewood tip stock) for $300 As usual just my $.02 Paul K
