Hey guys I picked up a sweet 4 digit serial number Sako L57 rifle in 243 Winchester but it has a left hand stock on it right now. Does anyone know if the stock for a L579 will fit? Thanks Geoff! | ||

Geoff, It should be awful close, but I think that the tang may be slightly different. Most of the changes were in the bolt shroud and trigger/trigger housing, which would not affect this discussion. Even the barrel contours and bottom metal were pretty much the same.  Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now! DRSS, double owner-shooter since 1983, O/U .30-06 Browning Continental set. | |||
