I am searching for older Lyman cast bullet molds made 50 + years ago or older. Need Lyman # 225415 flat nose and # 225438 Loverin round nose bullet both use gas checks. Will be loading for a Winchester pre 64 .22 Hornet rifle. Please PM me if you have them.

I have both molds and I have a .22 Hornet. The #225415 is a bit too heavy for the normal twist rate in the Hornet although it shoots quite well in the .223 Rem. At least my Hornet Ruger #1B) doesn't like that bullet and scatters it all over the place. It does shoot the white box Winchester 45 gr. ammo into nice tight groups though.
