lookin for data on 17 remington usein 176 winchester powder , 25 gr hornady HP's anyone got any ?

Do you mean WW 760? If so start around 24 grains up to about 26ish. I use 760 with 30 grain bullets, but I believe there are better powders for the 25 grainers, Varget, IMR 4320 and H4895 for a few. Be careful with 760 in the .17, it spikes pressures quickly when the ambient temp goes up and can get real exciting in a hurry.
