In my quest for a lightweight 222, I have come across this Sako L46 Riihimaki in 222! I can buy the rifle for almost nothing. The reason for the price is that the bolt was stolen! How hard is it going to be to find a replacement bolt? Does anyone out there have an extra under the bed or something? Help please! Gary

Chances are.......slim.....and none.

In the 80's or 90's Sako made a Lightweight Hunter model in 222. It used the Sako AI action, with a 22" slim barrel.
Might be worth looking into.

Neighbor down the street has a Rem 788 that he's looked for a bolt for 20 years.

There is a Sako Collectors Forum. Google it and you'll find it. You might get lucky with one of the Sako fanatics. I must say their forum is very difficult to login to so be prepared for some aggravation.

I have never run across one in 77 years and I have owned a lot of early Sakos..I wouldn't touch it.
