Very curious as to probable performance in a 22" tube and 130 grain Nosler Accubond bullet. Is 3000 fps reasonable?

Thanks,

Jordan

maybe,....I am getting 2950ish from a 140gr a-max in a 26" 1:8 tube with RL22 and lapua brass.

Difficulty is inevitable
Misery is optional

I think it could be done... depending... My experience is with a 6.5 x 55 BJAI. A 24 in ss Hart bbl w/10 inch twist, screwed to a R77 recvr. With 129 gr Hornadys, Norma brass and CCI LR primers, I got the following: 3030 fps w/51g of H414. 2956fps w/53g H4831sc. 2967fps w/53g H450. These were the max loads. In all three cases, my most accurate loads were a few grains less. RL19, RL 22 and VVN165 would be interesting candidates, but I haven't ried them.

No Plea
