I should have my suppressor in the next few weeks and intend to try it on my Ruger Predator in 6.5 Creedmoor since it is threaded for a suppressor. I am curious if anyone has any subsonic load data for the Creedmoor. I have determined that the case will hold to the bullet base 14.7 grains of Trailboss, 70% of that is approximately 10.3 grains. I can play around with those max and min numbers for starters but wondered if anyone else had already done the experimenting for me!

Mike, interesting idea. I've just been shooting factory ammunition in mine, but it's an accurate, pleasant round for sure.

Suppressor trust has been approved and stamp is at the dealer. Now I just need to pick it up. For those tracking the timing on applications, my application was accepted on April 18 and I got the call from the dealer saying all was approved today.

Just to follow up if anyone is interested. I ordered some subsonic ammunition. When it arrived I pulled one of the bullets. The load is 11 grains of Trailboss with a 160 grain Hornady RN bullet. Not sure of the primer other than it is not a WLR. The minimum Trailboss load using the 70% formula of the makers of Trailboss is 10.3 grains. So the 11 grains is right in line with that. Have not shot the load with the suppressor yet, but hope to in the next couple of days.

Just in case someone is reading this and intends to try it themselves, I was at the range yesterday and the 160 Hornady RN bullets will not stabilize completely in a Ruger American Predator at subsonic velocities. Fortunately, I tested the subsonic loads without the suppressor on to ensure they would stabilize to avoid risking a baffle strike. Good thing that I did. I am going to try some 120 grain bullets and see how they do.
