| Well, you could get some .30-06 or .270 and make it yourself. ?? |

| I would contact Quality Cartridge as far as I know they are the only ones making it. See if htey have it or at least give you other dealers. YOu might just be out of luck until they make a run. Like Jim said you can roll your own. YOu might check with Americna Hunting Rifles and see if they have any 240Howell brass. YOur die would set the Howell shoulder back and you would need to trim but you wouldn't really need a fireforming step to move the shoulder forward.

| Yeah, that's what I wanted to avoid ...fireforming and all. I emailed Quality, but didn't get a response yet. I figured since Midway shows an October re-supply date, that's probably when Quality plans a new run, as that's where Midway gets them. |

| Curious how you like your 240? What kind of results are you getting from it? Reason I ask years ago I built a 240PDK. Similar to the Gibbs except 280 brass, 40deg and less body taper. It was on a 24" barrel. I was only getting about the same or maybe 25fps over my 6mmRemAI.

| I have a bunch of 7mm Gibbs Brass I firformed It all started out as once fired 30-06 R-P brass. I fireformed it using pistol powder and cornmeal... If you are interested let me know I have about 75-100 pieces. I no longer have a 7mm Gibbs.
