Winchester Model 70 Lightweight - Push Feed Walnut stock .223 condition 99% If it wasn't for a little discoloration on the floorplate, this gun would appear NIB. It's in great shape but I think at $595 it's over priced. If it was $495, I would have just bought it and been on my way... Thanks. Rob

My opinion only but, I think it would be overpriced at $495. I think $350-$375 would be max I would even think about buying it. You should be able to get the same rifle from Wal-Mart new for under $400 (if they're still selling guns in your area). "I ask, sir, what is the Militia? It is the whole people. mine is an incredibly accurate gun.....love it....but it don't feed for sour owl shit..... Price of $400 might be reasonable.....but the darn things have to feed! /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." Any winchester 70 is most likely gonna be overpriced these days. Fortunately I bought a new sporter 25-06 right after the plant closed last year for about $650. A different gun store had a sweet laminated stainless featherweight 243 for about $1000. I had to pass on it.

A friend of mine just bought one in the same caliber yesterday with a middle range scope on it for $500. Winchesters are all up in price.
