I have a Sako A7 in 243. I shoot Sierra 100 grain Prohunters. 42.7 grains Hybrid 100V and overall length is .010" to .015" off the rifling. This shoots quite well-2.5 " at 300 meters.

I used 43.6 gr over 95gr Berger VLD for .25" groups & 3100fps from a 24" Shilen.
