After reading how great the CZ rifles are I decided to pick one up today in .221 fireball. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but my first impression is what a POS. While checking to see how it feeds I found out that the bolt binds so bad you have to try three or four times before it will come back far enough to eject the shell. The scope mounts that come with it are so damn high you could mount a 60 mm objective and still have room to spare. I suppose I can learn to live with the bass ackwards safety. Hopefully it will shoot better than the test target. This could very well be first and last CZ I ever own.

I have owned a few m527 rifles in the last two years and they were FINE.Buttery smooth actions and very accurate.
