Well YES,

That or the 100 grain Ballistic Tips work just fine... I have used both...

If you are looking for max velocity, look at IMR 4064 if you can get that in the Middle East.. work up to about 47 to 48 grains, with a large rifle primer...

I don't know what barrel length you have, but in my Model 70 with a 27 inch barrel, at 48 grains, I am getting 3400 fps MV...

It is about as flat shooting as a 22.250...
for game weight up to 300 pounds, either will take it easily...

I shoot the ballistic tip more.. because it can be downloaded. and still open up on game as low as 1500 fps...

At 4 power on the scope ring, recoil is light enough that I can see the game in the scope get hit at 200 to 300 yds...

My model 70 is on a long action, and is long throated, so I seat the 100 grainers out pretty darn far.....
It has wacked a few prairie dogs out to 500 yds plus, the few times I used it to take the occasional long shot, just to see how it performed.. it lived up to the 6.5 x 55s reputation for accuracy...

Hi allshooter
thanks for reply.
hello seafire
well it is not possible to find imr 4064 in middle scandinavia Big Grin . the guy who imports powders have all imr powders except 4064 Confused nosler Bt is too much explosive and ruins a lot of good meat in roe deers at high velocity. i want a medium velocity loading wich will give good pentration and less meat damge.

So you are located in Scandanavia instead of the Middle East....

IMR 4895 can be substituted for 4064.. just work up...

also RL 15 can be.. once again, just work up to max.. I don't use the Norma equivalent to RL 15, but I assume that it will also substitute if it is the same powder...

If you are worried about meat damage, an economic alternative that is just as effective as either bullet, without the meat damage.. is Hornady's 100 grain SP... and just as accurate as the Ballistic tip....

The last several Blacktails I have taken were with it, at close and long range, and they are the size of your Roe deer.....
