I'm new to this forum so bear with me. I have an opportunity to pick up a XP100 in 260 Remington. I have also been considering a Encore to update my Contender collection. I kinda like the idea of a 308 or 375H&H in a contender (yeah, the latest G&A says a 375 bull barrell is in the works)Anyway, anybody got any thoughts???

The XP100 is a great piece of equipment,it will cost more but will also go up more in value in time. The Encore is good also and can be loaded hotter than most guns so it depends on what you want a better value or a shooter. Good Luck have had both.
