I did some loading years ago for a 22-244AI it held around 64grs of water. A 22-284 is around 67grs. To me it was just buring a lot of extra powder. A 224 Clark would be close or a 224TTH unless I was looking at a fast twist and heavy bullets I would save my powder and not build any of the four.

We were limited to 55 or maybe 62 gr bullets. I've slept way to many times and no longer have the actual data. CM barrel around 15grs more powder for 100fps over a 220Swift and the barrel was gone before we got a load worked up.

As usual just my $.02

Yes, what do you want to know about it? Pretty specialised but it does work & work well for its intended use. I use 80gr A-max or Sierras Molyed @ 3500 out of a 26inch 1:9 twist barrel.
