FOLKS,
Is anyone using the Speer 33gr. bullets in the 22K HORNET or 22 HORNET ?
If so what data are you using & what are your results ?
Thank you in advance for your time.

I've had no luck at all with the stubby little Speer 33 grain bullets. In my opinion, if they had made them with a profile similar to the supurb 50 grain TNT they would have been much more useful, and hopefully more accurate.

I shot 5 this past weekend in my Browning micro hunter. I used 13.8 grs of lilgun with winchester small pistol primers. My group was at an inch. I must add that I had a real stiff wind so that could have been a factor. I'm going to take a better look at them in the next few weeks.

Don't like the Speer....Try 35 gr V-Max and 12.0gr 4227 for the Hornet or 13.6 gr in the K-Hornet. Work up to these, but they work for me.
