Anybody got one? I found a close out on a Classic with good wood. It appeals to me as a light sporting rifle and I have thoughts of adding safari type sights for a practice rifle.the rifle feeds well and has a decent trigger. What'y'all think?

Mine is a stainless/synthetic ,fairly new and I'm still working on finding best ammo and learning to shoot a light weight.Works fine ,no problems.
Not much material to drill and tap for sights especially front.Maybe a barrel band type.

I was thinking banded and pushed back a bit,(Jeffery style) and a small express read sight with 2 leafs.

I love my 3 kimbers and have been thinking about the 223 for the same reasons as you. Keep us updated on the rifle and what you decide please.
