I would like to replace the trigger in my tricked out 10-22 with an after market. I don't need the fine light pull of a Jewel, just something that I can adjust down to a two pound pull or so. Any suggestions?

There are no aftermarket adjustable triggers available for 10-22's.
I don't know what you want to spend for a good trigger, but I have two triggers made by Tony Kidd in Texas. You can order them from him directly and specify what pull weight you want. They run close to $300 each. I did trigger jobs on 10 factory triggers and got them down to a good 2 1/2 pound pull, which is lowest pull weight that is safe using the factory trigger components.
Not much else to consider, except for a Jard or SCI trigger, but I've never used or tested them. Jewell did make a trigger for the 10-22, but they don't make them any more. And, used ones are bringing big bucks, and Jewell won't fix them if they go bad.
If you visit Rimfirecentral, you can get more info as to what's available.
But, If you want the quickest, least expensive improvement, just buy a Power Custom hammer and install it yourself. That will get you a decent 2 1/2 pound pull. You don't need to replace the sear, or get shims or new springs; they are a waste of good $$$$.

I have the Power Custom action kit and it gave me a superb trigger. I couldn't be more pleased.

It is amazing how much you can improve the factory trigger by polishing the sear surface with a dremel sanding disk. Best part, it costs nothing if you have the dremel.

Go to rimfire central and check out their tricks and tips for improving the 10/22. Just replacing the sear improved my trigger a bunch.
