I bought a model 12 22-250 FVSS with a nice laminate shooting stock around '06 with accutrigger and I could swear that I paid under $400 for it new. Seems like just about everywhere they are now north of $700 with a composite stock. Do I need to put the pipe down? Doesn't seem like I paid anywhere close to that. I'm asking because I am getting ready to sell the gun to fund a serious big block project. I just don't want to give it away.

My neighbor just sold the identical gun for $650. with a Simmons scope and 6 boxes of shells. I think this was a steal.
