In my rifle I have gone up as high as 45 gr. Accurate 4350 with a Sierra 140 grain HPBT match king at 2650 to 2685 fps. 3/4", 5 shot group at 100 yds. This was repeated at 50 yds. and produced a 1/2" group. I considered this Max. as the primers were some what flattened.
FYI Accurate data 86 ,of similar burning rate has produced exellent results with the same bullet and at almost 1/2 the price. roger

You might also give VihtaVuori 560 a try. They list a starting load at 44.1 for 2450 fps and a max load of 47.5 grains at 2677 fps, and thats probably for a 48,000 PSI.
I have gotten better accuracy and velocity with 560 than H4350 and heavy bullets. VihtaVouri maintains such strigent quality controll that you do not have to start over inload development when you get a new can of powder. I haven't tried R22 as yet, so I don't have a point of comparison with that powder.
Accoarding to VV, N560: Burning rate like N160. Especially for 270 Winchester and 6.5 x 55 Sweedish Mauser. 500 series powders have a flame retarding and wear reducing agents added and are double based powders. The only disadvantage that I can see to using the 500 series powders is that you have to buy a 2 lb container. It meters well. Across the board, 560 gives about 100 more fps than VV160 will with the same bullet weights..Rusty.
