I have a 22-243 Middlestead, which should be close. What kind of help do you need? - Dan

Thanks Dan but I have plenty of data on the middlestead. I was just trying to narrow some good loads down for the Ack. version.

Just for all our information: I have checked out the spelling of this 22/243 and the gentleman that put his name on this caliber is spelled "Middlested". Paul Middlested is/was from San Diego, California, and created this cartridge in approximately 1964. He increased the shoulder angle from 20 degrees to 30 degrees to give the case a longer neck (from .241 to .300). Mike Johnson
