I've got an older model Rem 700 in 6mm Rem and it's a wonderful little rifle. Lightweight and very accurate and flat-shooting. With the 100gr Nosler Partition I get 3100 fps with IMR-4831.

With the 70gr Sierra BTHP at 3350fps I get 1" at 200yds off the bench on a good day. Devastating on coyotes.

Thanks for the replies. I may do some more experimenting with different bullets.... I'd like a solid 2900 fps with the 100 grain bullet.
