Hello all out there.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with the WSSM's 223 or the 243. Have you heard anything on the 25wssm?
Whats your opinion on them, here to stay or a fad/a gimmick by the company to up sales?

Good shooting
Anthony

I have owned both the 223 and 243 WSSM. I currently just own the 223. I prefer it over the 243 WSSM. However the 243 is a very good intense cartridge. I can not say if they will last or just be a fad. Only time will tell. I have heard the 25 WSSM would be very similar to the 25-06 in ballistics. But at present it is still a wildcat. Like i stated, my choice is the 223 WSSM. I built this rifle on a fast twist custom barrel and shoot only the 80 gr. Nosler or Sierra match bullets. Velocity is about 3600 fps and the little round is pure death on coyotes and prairie dogs. I forgot to mentioned the barrel twist is 1-8". It takes this to stablize the 80 grainers.
