I use the Rem. 87 gr. HP that I buy in bulk with 58.0 gr. of H-4831, Fed. 210 primer, and Rem. brass. The muzzel velocity averages about 3,450 fps. It is accurate and impressive on rock chucks. My rifle is a Rem. 700 Classic.

chaz, 57.0 grains of Reloader 19 and the 85 grain Nosler BT using Federal Match 210 primers!! If your 25-06 won't shoot that load....trade it!!! It's just like the 38.0 grains of H-380 and the 22-250 using 55 grain bullets or the 36.0 grains of 3031 and the .243 with 75 grain SPEER HP or the 40.0 grains of WIN 760 with 52 grain Speer HP in a 22-250.......some things work!!!! In my 25-06 I have just about settled on two powders that seem to work, period.

With bullets of 75 to 100 grains I get great results with IMR 4831.

For bullets over 100 grains I use nothing but IMR 7828.

I use a standard primer with the IMR 4831 loads and a Fed 215M primer for the IMR 7828 loads.

after lots of load research iv settled on fed 210 gm m primers 53 grains for rel 22 and a barns tripple shock x bullet 115 grains

shoots .500 or better 4 shot strings. at 100 yards.

the 57 grains of reloader 19 and a 85 grain bt load worked pretty good but adverage group was 1"-1 1/8" of course i shoul play with the seating depth to fine tune the load but seated to the recommended legth of 3.250 thats what it did next time i try that load ill play with it a bit to fine tune it but you cant beat the knock down power of my 115 grain barns x bullet it kicks the piss otaa a 22-250.
