This case looks like a good candidate to neck downn to 6.5 or 257 with no other changes. Has anybody used this case for wild catting. I has a good shoulder angle and spacious volume for sub 30 cartridges.

Looks an awful lot like a 284 Winchester necked up to 30 caliber doesn't it? Go from there.
