I'm interested in what other 7-08 AI shooters are seeing when shooting 140 gr. bullets. I am shooting a 21 inch barrelled Remington Model 7. I am shooting 140 gr. Nosler Partitions. With 50 gr. of H 4350 SC I get 2900 fps and 58,000 psi (M43). With 47 gr. of VV 550 I get 2875 fps at 57,500 psi (M43). Muzzle distance to chronograph is 10 ft. Are there other powders that I should try? Are these velocities similar to what others are seeing? Thanks.

Try 50.0gr of H-380 and 51.0gr of RL-19. I get better accuracy out of 49.0gr of IMR4350, but not the velocity.

140 gr. Fail Safe, 52 gr. RL-19: 2860 fps, 58,200 psi
