As I was shopping for 6.5-06 dies from Midway, I noticed that they offer 6.5-06 Springfield dies and 6.5-06 A-Square dies. Is there a difference in these two and if there is, what is the difference? Thanks, Rojelio.

They should be the same. I believe A-Square actually makes commercial ammo for the 6.5-06 just like they do for the 338-06. So they simply added their name to the end. Like Remington did on the 25-06.

I believe Ramrod is correct on this. They are both the same. Just like the 6.5x284 Norma and 6.5x284 Win. It is a great caliber and I love it dearly. I have the improved version. Shoots great and pretty much a all around good cartridge for coyotes and deer.

Thanks guys, that is what I suspected, but, I wanted to be sure. I ended up ordering the Redding 6.5-06 from Midway. Rojelio.
