Check out www.reloadbench.com/cartspec.html and look through the listings for something approximating what you want. Chances are someone has come close to trying it. You may find a reamer available for it at www.z-hat.com/ReamerList.htm and if they don't have it, they know someone who does.

I have thought this would be a great round as well.

I have a reamer for just such a cartridge. Had Dave Kiff make it for a similar conversion.
