How about the 30-284 on a mauser action? I have noticed the 284 win will not feed well in my mausers. What will it take to make that happen?

Mauser's problems with a 30/284 must be fixable, after all for most of a hundred years, the Swiss actions have used it's almost dimensionally identical brass twin in GP-11 ammo(7.5X55).

284 cases and wild cats based on them sometimes don't feed very well in rifles that weren't specifically designed for them. Usually massaging the follower and the feed lips will fix this, but proceed VERY slowly, you can't put metal back easily. - Dan

My vz24 feeds my 6.5-284 like it was made for it.
I guess you just have to find the right"mechanic"
to do the feed rails.
