I have a 22x6mm Improved which is probably pretty close to what you have. Mine is a 28" barrel with a 1 in 8" twist. I shoot 80 gr Sierras. Behind that bullet I use 52.5Grs. of RL 25 or 51.0 Grs. of RL 22. I get right at 3700 FPS. I only shoot lighter bullets to fireform the brass, but have never chronographed them.

Fetchmax I'm doing the same thing. I have a Ruger #1 with a Lilja 3 groove SS barrel chambered in 22-6mm. Mine is a 1 in 9 twist and it's targeting the 75 grn. A-max. The only load I've shot so far is 46 grns. of RL 22 and it seemed pretty hot. I don't have my chronograph set up yet (which I need to do).

Just shots some loads with this. 46.5, RL22,Fed215M, 3450fps near max. Tried the same load with Fed210M and was a little slower. Both shot real accurately. Shot in a 26" 1in 8" barrel.

Anyone checking the runout on your bullets after loading? Mine are terrible. In the .010-.015 range. I'm using Norma 7x57 brass which should be better than Win. or Rem. but maybe not. After I prepped the cases I had .002-.004 runout on the necks but they went south when I seated the bullet. I'm using Hornadys new dies and a few cases with bullets seated did go from .000 to .003-.004-.005 but 85% were in the high end. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
