Is it possible to make wildcats to win .401 SL from a 7,62x39 Russian?

I don't know about making .401 WSL from 7.62x39, but as I said in response to your "Reloading" post the following does work!

You can make .401 WSL brass by shortening 35 Remington brass!

I don't know if the cases would have to be reamed or not!

I have a rifle chambered for the .401! It's a Winchester M-1910! I've had it for around 10 years and have never fired it! I do have some of the original ammo, round nose with a copper stud in the middle of the nose!
