 Did a bunch of 6.5 R-Bar cases from new .243 RP. The .243 cases did not have to be neck turned as did the .308 RP cases. The .243s almost reached max. length where the .308 were about .020" short. Working the .243s was a lot easier. Fun project so far. A lot of credit to Vapo Dog for his great help in putting the rifle together.  rogerOld age is a high price to pay for maturity!!!
