Lex Webernick, owner of Rifles, Inc (www.riflesinc.com) probably builds as many of these as anyone....last time I looked had some reloading data on his website. I would think you would need at least a 28" barrel to get the velocity quoted.

assume 92 grains for case capacity, I ran this in quickload, with a 100 gr BT and a THIRTY SIX inch barrel, at a HUGE 65000 PSI. it's PROJECTED to have hit 3999 with that one.. the closet berger i've got is the 95 grain, which hit 4080. the BT would be +1.7" 100 + 2.4" 200 0 at 300 -2.4 at 350 -5.8 at 400 -16 at 500 and just for giggles, i wanted to campare this with a more mundane round the 300 wsm, with a 168 and a 36" barrel.. it barely makes 3420 FPs WITH A THIRTY SIX inch barrel. it's more like 3140 with a 24" barrel +2.6 at 100 +3.3 at 200 0 at 300 -3.3 at 350 -7.8 at 400 -20.7 at 500 So, this amazing barn and barrel BURNER, at 4000 fps is an amazing 4.7" higher at 500 than a pretty mundane 300 wsm. jeffe
