Yep, 30-07. I have the reamer but don't know anything about it, from the looks of it it appears to be a shortened belted magnum case.

I've got the print in an Excel file but I haven't had time to compare it to see what the parent cartridge is.

Never heard of a 30-07. Just a 307 which is a rimmed 308.
