John Kontes of Pocatello, Idaho, builds a few overbore rifles at customers' insistence. Think he has built a few using the 7mm Remington Magnum necked down to 224 and 6mm. Also built a few 17s on a necked down 250 Savage. Don't think John recommends them but he does build them.
