does anybody know what this is and what cartridge you start with to make it

You might want to post this on the Reloading forum as one f the members John S owned and used a 33 G&A for quite some time but I don't think he visist the Wildcat forum. Perhaps the African forum would be best at that is the one he looks at the most.
