Just purchased a Cadet, will pick it up this week.
Plan to have a 17 HeeBee made. Will go to Charlestown and have Douglass re=barrel it in stainless. Thinking it should be a great prarie
dog gun for the close shots.

T L,

Get in touch with Todd Kindler at "The Woodchuck Den". He is super knowledgeable about small calibers. He has a manual "Sensational Seventeens" that catalogues all the 17"s and includes reamer prints and loads for the "he bee". He will also have or have access to formed brass. As I recall forming the brass for the heebee is somewhat involved. A 17 fireball or a 17 ackley hornet (I shoot and load for both) sure are easier. You should also check out "Saubier.com". You can look both up on the web.
Good luck on whatever you decide. I have really enjoyed my hornet, mach IV and my fireball.
