Does any of you know anyone who has a 22-204Ruger reamer. I have a .223 contender carbine barrel that needs a little more steam for some 60 gr NP's. This should make a fine truck gun for coyotes and deer. Thanks, Al

I think you would only have a slight difference with a 222Rem mag. Shoulder not as steep and the neck is a bit longer, I beleive. Capcity difference would be a wash.

Besides, the .204 Ruger has a large rifle primer, whilst the .222 Magnum has a small one, and by so being able to be loaded to higher preassures.

I have never seen any 204 Ruger brass or loaded ammunition that uses a large rifle primer.

My mistake, gentlemen!
My sample had bullet and no primer, and du to its cavity, the pocket looked huge! Sorry, my bad.

BUT - it was off center! Big Grin
