I'm not exactly sure where to post this question and maybe this is preaching to the choir but: The rate of new cartridge introduction seems extremely high in the last 10 years. I've only seriously followed the gun scene for about 25 years but I've read my fair share of magazines from well before that. Within the last decade the rate of cartridge introduction seems unprecedented. Has there ever been a period anything like this? Is it good for the gun, ammunition and component industries? Will shooters be able to find cases/ammo for some of these apparently short lived cartridges in 10, 20 or 50 years? (Maybe more small brass companies will spring up to offer this stuff with less appeal to the major manufacturers). Your thoughts? Kyler | ||
